الشرح94. Ash-Sharh

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

2. أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ۝١

   EnglishDid We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast?

   GermanHaben Wir dir nicht deine Brust aufgetan

3. وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ۝٢

   EnglishAnd We removed from you your burden

   Germanund dir deine Last abgenommen,

4. ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ۝٣

   EnglishWhich had weighed upon your back

   Germandie deinen Rücken niederdrückte,

5. وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ۝٤

   EnglishAnd raised high for you your repute.

   Germanund dir dein Ansehen erhöht?

6. فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا۝٥

   EnglishFor indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

   GermanAlso gewiß, mit der Erschwernis ist Erleichterung,

7. إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا۝٦

   EnglishIndeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

   Germangewiß, mit der Erschwernis ist Erleichterung.

8. فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ۝٧

   EnglishSo when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].

   GermanWenn du nun fertig bist, dann strenge dich an

9. وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب۝٨

   EnglishAnd to your Lord direct [your] longing.

   Germanund nach deinem Herrn richte dein Begehren aus.
