Surah 11 Hud, ayah 70 (11:70)

Ayah 11:70

فَلَمَّا رَءَآ أَيْدِيَهُمْ لَا تَصِلُ إِلَيْهِ نَكِرَهُمْ وَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَةً قَالُوا۟ لَا تَخَفْ إِنَّآ أُرْسِلْنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ۝٧٠

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilFalamma raa aydiyahum la tasilu ilayhi nakirahum waawjasa minhum kheefatan qaloo la takhaf inna orsilna ila qawmi lootin

English · Saheeh InternationalBut when he saw their hands not reaching for it, he distrusted them and felt from them apprehension. They said, "Fear not. We have been sent to the people of Lot."

German · Bubenheim & ElyasAls er aber sah, daß ihre Hände nicht danach hinlangten, fand er es von ihnen befremdlich, und er empfand Furcht vor ihnen. Sie sagten: "Fürchte dich nicht! Wir sind zu dem Volk Luts gesandt."
