Surah 16 An-Nahl, ayah 113 (16:113)

Ayah 16:113

وَلَقَدْ جَآءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ مِّنْهُمْ فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ وَهُمْ ظَٰلِمُونَ۝١١٣

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWalaqad jaahum rasoolun minhum fakaththaboohu faakhathahumu alAAathabu wahum thalimoona

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd there had certainly come to them a Messenger from among themselves, but they denied him; so punishment overtook them while they were wrongdoers.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasEin Gesandter von ihnen kam doch zu ihnen, sie bezichtigten ihn aber der Lüge; so ergriff sie die Strafe, während sie Unrecht taten.
