Surah 16 An-Nahl, ayah 118 (16:118)

Ayah 16:118

وَعَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُوا۟ حَرَّمْنَا مَا قَصَصْنَا عَلَيْكَ مِن قَبْلُ وَمَا ظَلَمْنَٰهُمْ وَلَٰكِن كَانُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ۝١١٨

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWaAAala allatheena hadoo harramna ma qasasna AAalayka min qablu wama thalamnahum walakin kanoo anfusahum yathlimoona

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd to those who are Jews We have prohibited that which We related to you before. And We did not wrong them [thereby], but they were wronging themselves.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasUnd denjenigen, die dem Judentum angehören, haben Wir das verboten, worüber Wir dir zuvor berichtet haben. Und nicht Wir haben ihnen Unrecht getan, sondern sie haben sich selbst Unrecht zugefügt.
