Ayah 16:46

أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ فِى تَقَلُّبِهِمْ فَمَا هُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ۝٤٦

English · Saheeh InternationalOr that He would not seize them during their [usual] activity, and they could not cause failure?
