Surah 16 An-Nahl, ayah 89 (16:89)

Ayah 16:89

وَيَوْمَ نَبْعَثُ فِى كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ شَهِيدًا عَلَيْهِم مِّنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَجِئْنَا بِكَ شَهِيدًا عَلَىٰ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ وَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ تِبْيَٰنًا لِّكُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ۝٨٩

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWayawma nabAAathu fee kulli ommatin shaheedan AAalayhim min anfusihim wajina bika shaheedan AAala haolai wanazzalna AAalayka alkitaba tibyanan likulli shayin wahudan warahmatan wabushra lilmuslimeena

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd [mention] the Day when We will resurrect among every nation a witness over them from themselves. And We will bring you, [O Muhammad], as a witness over your nation. And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasUnd (gedenke) des Tages, da Wir in jeder Gemeinschaft einen Zeugen über sie aus ihren eigenen Reihen erwecken. Dich bringen Wir als Zeugen über diese da herbei. Und Wir haben dir das Buch offenbart als klare Darlegung von allem und als Rechtleitung, Barmherzigkeit und frohe Botschaft für die (Allah) Ergebenen'.
