Surah 17 Al-Israa, ayah 98 (17:98)

Ayah 17:98

ذَٰلِكَ جَزَآؤُهُم بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَقَالُوٓا۟ أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَٰمًا وَرُفَٰتًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًا جَدِيدًا۝٩٨

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilThalika jazaohum biannahum kafaroo biayatina waqaloo aitha kunna AAithaman warufatan ainna lamabAAoothoona khalqan jadeedan

English · Saheeh InternationalThat is their recompense because they disbelieved in Our verses and said, "When we are bones and crumbled particles, will we [truly] be resurrected [in] a new creation?"

German · Bubenheim & ElyasDas ist ihr Lohn dafür, daß sie Unsere Zeichen verleugnet und gesagt haben: "Sollen wir denn, wenn wir (bereits) Knochen und Überreste geworden sind, fürwahr wieder als neue Schöpfung auferweckt werden?"
