Surah 18 Al-Kahf, ayah 63 (18:63)

Ayah 18:63

قَالَ أَرَءَيْتَ إِذْ أَوَيْنَآ إِلَى ٱلصَّخْرَةِ فَإِنِّى نَسِيتُ ٱلْحُوتَ وَمَآ أَنسَىٰنِيهُ إِلَّا ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ أَنْ أَذْكُرَهُۥ وَٱتَّخَذَ سَبِيلَهُۥ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ عَجَبًا۝٦٣

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilQala araayta ith awayna ila alssakhrati fainnee naseetu alhoota wama ansaneehu illa alshshaytanu an athkurahu waittakhatha sabeelahu fee albahri AAajaban

English · Saheeh InternationalHe said, "Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan - that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly".

German · Bubenheim & ElyasEr sagte: "Siehst du! Als wir beim Felsen Rast gemacht haben, gewiß, da habe ich den Fisch vergessen. Und es ließ mich ihn nur der Satan vergessen, ihn (dir) zu erwähnen. Und er nahm seinen Weg im Meer auf wunderliche Weise."
