Open Quran HifzAyah 2:214
أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تَدْخُلُوا۟ ٱلْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِكُم مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوْا۟ مِن قَبْلِكُم مَّسَّتْهُمُ ٱلْبَأْسَآءُ وَٱلضَّرَّآءُ وَزُلْزِلُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَ ٱلرَّسُولُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَعَهُۥ مَتَىٰ نَصْرُ ٱللَّهِ أَلَآ إِنَّ نَصْرَ ٱللَّهِ قَرِيبٌ
Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilAm hasibtum an tadkhuloo aljannata walamma yatikum mathalu allatheena khalaw min qablikum massathumu albasao waalddarrao wazulziloo hatta yaqoola alrrasoolu waallatheena amanoo maAAahu mata nasru Allahi ala inna nasra Allahi qareebun
English · Saheeh InternationalOr do you think that you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until [even their] messenger and those who believed with him said, "When is the help of Allah?" Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near.
German · Bubenheim & ElyasOder meint ihr etwa, daß ihr in den (Paradies)garten eingehen werdet, noch bevor Gleiches über euch gekommen ist, wie über diejenigen, die vor euch dahingegangen sind? Not und Leid widerfuhr ihnen, und sie wurden erschüttert, bis daß der Gesandte und diejenigen, die mit ihm glaubten, sagten: "Wann kommt Allahs Sieg?" Aber wahrlich, Allahs Sieg ist nahe.
