Surah 2 Al-Baqara, ayah 7 (2:7)

Ayah 2:7

خَتَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَعَلَىٰ سَمْعِهِمْ وَعَلَىٰٓ أَبْصَٰرِهِمْ غِشَٰوَةٌ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ۝٧

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilKhatama Allahu AAala quloobihim waAAala samAAihim waAAala absarihim ghishawatun walahum AAathabun AAatheemun

English · Saheeh InternationalAllah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and over their vision is a veil. And for them is a great punishment.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasAllah hat ihre Herzen und ihr Gehör versiegelt, über ihrem Augenlicht befindet sich eine Hülle. Für sie wird es gewaltige Strafe geben.
