Surah 20 Taa-Haa, ayah 121 (20:121)

Ayah 20:121

فَأَكَلَا مِنْهَا فَبَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْءَٰتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ ٱلْجَنَّةِ وَعَصَىٰٓ ءَادَمُ رَبَّهُۥ فَغَوَىٰ۝١٢١

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilFaakala minha fabadat lahuma sawatuhuma watafiqa yakhsifani AAalayhima min waraqi aljannati waAAasa adamu rabbahu faghawa

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd Adam and his wife ate of it, and their private parts became apparent to them, and they began to fasten over themselves from the leaves of Paradise. And Adam disobeyed his Lord and erred.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasSo aßen sie beide davon, und da zeigte sich ihnen ihre Blöße offenkundig, und sie begannen, Blätter des (Paradies)gartens auf sich zusammenzuheften. So widersetzte Adam sich seinem Herrn, und da fiel er in Verirrung.
