Surah 22 Al-Hajj, ayah 52 (22:52)

Ayah 22:52

وَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ مِن رَّسُولٍ وَلَا نَبِىٍّ إِلَّآ إِذَا تَمَنَّىٰٓ أَلْقَى ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ فِىٓ أُمْنِيَّتِهِۦ فَيَنسَخُ ٱللَّهُ مَا يُلْقِى ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ ثُمَّ يُحْكِمُ ٱللَّهُ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ۝٥٢

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWama arsalna min qablika min rasoolin wala nabiyyin illa itha tamanna alqa alshshaytanu fee omniyyatihi fayansakhu Allahu ma yulqee alshshaytanu thumma yuhkimu Allahu ayatihi waAllahu AAaleemun hakeemun

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd We did not send before you any messenger or prophet except that when he spoke [or recited], Satan threw into it [some misunderstanding]. But Allah abolishes that which Satan throws in; then Allah makes precise His verses. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasUnd Wir sandten vor dir keinen Gesandten oder Propheten, ohne daß ihm, wenn er etwas wünschte, der Satan in seinen Wunsch etwas dazwischen geworfen hätte. Aber Allah hebt auf, was der Satan dazwischenwirft. Hierauf legt Allah Seine Zeichen eindeutig fest. Und Allah ist Allwissend und Allweise.
