Surah 24 An-Noor, ayah 45 (24:45)

Ayah 24:45

وَٱللَّهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ دَآبَّةٍ مِّن مَّآءٍ فَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِى عَلَىٰ بَطْنِهِۦ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِى عَلَىٰ رِجْلَيْنِ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِى عَلَىٰٓ أَرْبَعٍ يَخْلُقُ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ۝٤٥

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWaAllahu khalaqa kulla dabbatin min main faminhum man yamshee AAala batnihi waminhum man yamshee AAala rijlayni waminhum man yamshee AAala arbaAAin yakhluqu Allahu ma yashao inna Allaha AAala kulli shayin qadeerun

English · Saheeh InternationalAllah has created every [living] creature from water. And of them are those that move on their bellies, and of them are those that walk on two legs, and of them are those that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasUnd Allah hat jedes Tier aus Wasser erschaffen. So gibt es unter ihnen solche, die auf ihrem Bauch kriechen, und solche, die auf zwei Beinen gehen, und (wieder) solche, die auf Vieren gehen. Allah erschafft, was Er will. Gewiß, Allah hat zu allem die Macht.
