Surah 24 An-Noor, ayah 6 (24:6)

Ayah 24:6

وَٱلَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَٰجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ شُهَدَآءُ إِلَّآ أَنفُسُهُمْ فَشَهَٰدَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعُ شَهَٰدَٰتٍۭ بِٱللَّهِ إِنَّهُۥ لَمِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ۝٦

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWaallatheena yarmoona azwajahum walam yakun lahum shuhadao illa anfusuhum fashahadatu ahadihim arbaAAu shahadatin biAllahi innahu lamina alssadiqeena

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd those who accuse their wives [of adultery] and have no witnesses except themselves - then the witness of one of them [shall be] four testimonies [swearing] by Allah that indeed, he is of the truthful.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasFür diejenigen, die ihren Gattinnen (Untreue) vorwerfen, aber keine Zeugen haben außer sich selbst, besteht die Zeugenaussage eines (solchen) von ihnen darin, daß er viermal bei Allah bezeugt, er gehöre wahrlich zu denen, die die Wahrheit sagen,
