Surah 28 Al-Qasas, ayah 50 (28:50)

Ayah 28:50

فَإِن لَّمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لَكَ فَٱعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يَتَّبِعُونَ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنِ ٱتَّبَعَ هَوَىٰهُ بِغَيْرِ هُدًى مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ۝٥٠

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilFain lam yastajeeboo laka faiAAlam annama yattabiAAoona ahwaahum waman adallu mimmani ittabaAAa hawahu bighayri hudan mina Allahi inna Allaha la yahdee alqawma alththalimeena

English · Saheeh InternationalBut if they do not respond to you - then know that they only follow their [own] desires. And who is more astray than one who follows his desire without guidance from Allah? Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasWenn sie nicht auf dich hören, so wisse, daß sie nur ihren Neigungen folgen. Und wer ist weiter abgeirrt als jemand, der seiner Neigung folgt ohne Rechtleitung von Allah. Gewiß, Allah leitet das ungerechte Volk nicht recht.
