Surah 28 Al-Qasas, ayah 80 (28:80)

Ayah 28:80

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمَ وَيْلَكُمْ ثَوَابُ ٱللَّهِ خَيْرٌ لِّمَنْ ءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحًا وَلَا يُلَقَّىٰهَآ إِلَّا ٱلصَّٰبِرُونَ۝٨٠

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWaqala allatheena ootoo alAAilma waylakum thawabu Allahi khayrun liman amana waAAamila salihan wala yulaqqaha illa alssabiroona

English · Saheeh InternationalBut those who had been given knowledge said, "Woe to you! The reward of Allah is better for he who believes and does righteousness. And none are granted it except the patient."

German · Bubenheim & ElyasAber diejenigen, denen das Wissen gegeben worden war, sagten: "Wehe euch! Allahs Belohnung ist besser für jemanden, der glaubt und rechtschaffen handelt." Aber es wird nur den Standhaften dargeboten.
