Surah 29 Al-Ankaboot, ayah 24 (29:24)

Ayah 29:24

فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوا۟ ٱقْتُلُوهُ أَوْ حَرِّقُوهُ فَأَنجَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ۝٢٤

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilFama kana jawaba qawmihi illa an qaloo oqtuloohu aw harriqoohu faanjahu Allahu mina alnnari inna fee thalika laayatin liqawmin yuminoona

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd the answer of Abraham's people was not but that they said, "Kill him or burn him," but Allah saved him from the fire. Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasAber die Antwort seines Volkes war nur, daß sie sagten: "Tötet ihn oder verbrennt ihn." Da rettete Allah ihn aus dem Feuer. Darin sind wahrlich Zeichen für Leute, die glauben.
