Surah 3 Aal-i-Imraan, ayah 72 (3:72)

Ayah 3:72

وَقَالَت طَّآئِفَةٌ مِّنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ ءَامِنُوا۟ بِٱلَّذِىٓ أُنزِلَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَجْهَ ٱلنَّهَارِ وَٱكْفُرُوٓا۟ ءَاخِرَهُۥ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ۝٧٢

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWaqalat taifatun min ahli alkitabi aminoo biallathee onzila AAala allatheena amanoo wajha alnnahari waokfuroo akhirahu laAAallahum yarjiAAoona

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd a faction of the People of the Scripture say [to each other], "Believe in that which was revealed to the believers at the beginning of the day and reject it at its end that perhaps they will abandon their religion,

German · Bubenheim & ElyasUnd ein Teil von den Leuten der Schrift sagt: "Glaubt an das, was auf diejenigen, die glauben, (als Offenbarung) herabgesandt worden ist, am Anfang des Tages und verleugnet es (wieder) an seinem Ende, auf daß sie umkehren mögen!
