Surah 30 Ar-Room, ayah 56 (30:56)

Ayah 30:56

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمَ وَٱلْإِيمَٰنَ لَقَدْ لَبِثْتُمْ فِى كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْبَعْثِ فَهَٰذَا يَوْمُ ٱلْبَعْثِ وَلَٰكِنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ۝٥٦

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWaqala allatheena ootoo alAAilma waaleemana laqad labithtum fee kitabi Allahi ila yawmi albaAAthi fahatha yawmu albaAAthi walakinnakum kuntum la taAAlamoona

English · Saheeh InternationalBut those who were given knowledge and faith will say, "You remained the extent of Allah 's decree until the Day of Resurrection, and this is the Day of Resurrection, but you did not used to know."

German · Bubenheim & ElyasUnd diejenigen, denen Wissen und Glauben gegeben worden ist, sagen: "Nach Allahs Buch habt ihr bis zum Tag der Auferweckung verweilt. Das ist nun der Tag der Auferweckung, aber ihr wußtet (es) nicht."
