Surah 32 As-Sajda, ayah 21 (32:21)

Ayah 32:21

وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلْأَدْنَىٰ دُونَ ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلْأَكْبَرِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ۝٢١

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWalanutheeqannahum mina alAAathabi aladna doona alAAathabi alakbari laAAallahum yarjiAAoona

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd we will surely let them taste the nearer punishment short of the greater punishment that perhaps they will repent.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasWir werden sie ganz gewiß etwas von der diesseitigen Strafe vor der größeren Strafe kosten lassen, auf daß sie umkehren mögen.
