Surah 40 Al-Ghaafir, ayah 25 (40:25)

Ayah 40:25

فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُم بِٱلْحَقِّ مِنْ عِندِنَا قَالُوا۟ ٱقْتُلُوٓا۟ أَبْنَآءَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَعَهُۥ وَٱسْتَحْيُوا۟ نِسَآءَهُمْ وَمَا كَيْدُ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ إِلَّا فِى ضَلَٰلٍ۝٢٥

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilFalamma jaahum bialhaqqi min AAindina qaloo oqtuloo abnaa allatheena amanoo maAAahu waistahyoo nisaahum wama kaydu alkafireena illa fee dalalin

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd when he brought them the truth from Us, they said, "Kill the sons of those who have believed with him and keep their women alive." But the plan of the disbelievers is not except in error.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasAls er ihnen nun die Wahrheit von Uns brachte, sagten sie: "Tötet die Söhne derjenigen, die mit ihm glauben, und laßt (nur) ihre Frauen am Leben." Aber die List der Ungläubigen geht bestimmt verloren.
