Surah 45 Al-Jaathiya, ayah 35 (45:35)

Ayah 45:35

ذَٰلِكُم بِأَنَّكُمُ ٱتَّخَذْتُمْ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوًا وَغَرَّتْكُمُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا فَٱلْيَوْمَ لَا يُخْرَجُونَ مِنْهَا وَلَا هُمْ يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ۝٣٥

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilThalikum biannakumu ittakhathtum ayati Allahi huzuwan wagharratkumu alhayatu alddunya faalyawma la yukhrajoona minha wala hum yustaAAtaboona

English · Saheeh InternationalThat is because you took the verses of Allah in ridicule, and worldly life deluded you." So that Day they will not be removed from it, nor will they be asked to appease [Allah].

German · Bubenheim & ElyasDies ist dafür, daß ihr euch über Allahs Zeichen lustig machtet und daß euch das diesseitige Leben täuschte." Heute werden sie nicht (mehr) aus ihm herausgebracht, und es wird ihnen keine Gnade (mehr) erwiesen.
