Surah 49 Al-Hujuraat, ayah 5 (49:5)

Ayah 49:5

وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ صَبَرُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ تَخْرُجَ إِلَيْهِمْ لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَّهُمْ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ۝٥

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWalaw annahum sabaroo hatta takhruja ilayhim lakana khayran lahum waAllahu ghafoorun raheemun

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd if they had been patient until you [could] come out to them, it would have been better for them. But Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
