Surah 60 Al-Mumtahana, ayah 13 (60:13)

Ayah 60:13

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَتَوَلَّوْا۟ قَوْمًا غَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ قَدْ يَئِسُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ كَمَا يَئِسَ ٱلْكُفَّارُ مِنْ أَصْحَٰبِ ٱلْقُبُورِ۝١٣

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilYa ayyuha allatheena amanoo la tatawallaw qawman ghadiba Allahu AAalayhim qad yaisoo mina alakhirati kama yaisa alkuffaru min ashabi alquboori

English · Saheeh InternationalO you who have believed, do not make allies of a people with whom Allah has become angry. They have despaired of [reward in] the Hereafter just as the disbelievers have despaired of [meeting] the inhabitants of the graves.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasO die ihr glaubt, nehmt nicht Leute zu Schutzherren, denen Allah zürnt. Sie haben ja die Hoffnung auf das Jenseits aufgegeben, so wie die Ungläubigen die Hoffnung (auf Wiederauferstehung) der (Toten) in den Gräbern aufgegeben haben.
