Surah 68 Al-Qalam, ayah 43 (68:43)

Ayah 68:43

خَٰشِعَةً أَبْصَٰرُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ وَقَدْ كَانُوا۟ يُدْعَوْنَ إِلَى ٱلسُّجُودِ وَهُمْ سَٰلِمُونَ۝٤٣

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilKhashiAAatan absaruhum tarhaquhum thillatun waqad kanoo yudAAawna ila alssujoodi wahum salimoona

English · Saheeh InternationalTheir eyes humbled, humiliation will cover them. And they used to be invited to prostration while they were sound.

German · Bubenheim & Elyaswährend ihre Blicke demütig sind und Erniedrigung sie bedeckt. Dabei waren sie doch bereits aufgefordert worden, sich (anbetend) niederzuwerfen, als sie (noch) heil waren.
