Surah 7 Al-A'raaf, ayah 127 (7:127)

Ayah 7:127

وَقَالَ ٱلْمَلَأُ مِن قَوْمِ فِرْعَوْنَ أَتَذَرُ مُوسَىٰ وَقَوْمَهُۥ لِيُفْسِدُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَيَذَرَكَ وَءَالِهَتَكَ قَالَ سَنُقَتِّلُ أَبْنَآءَهُمْ وَنَسْتَحْىِۦ نِسَآءَهُمْ وَإِنَّا فَوْقَهُمْ قَٰهِرُونَ۝١٢٧

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWaqala almalao min qawmi firAAawna atatharu moosa waqawmahu liyufsidoo fee alardi wayatharaka waalihataka qala sanuqattilu abnaahum wanastahyee nisaahum wainna fawqahum qahiroona

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd the eminent among the people of Pharaoh said," Will you leave Moses and his people to cause corruption in the land and abandon you and your gods?" [Pharaoh] said, "We will kill their sons and keep their women alive; and indeed, we are subjugators over them."

German · Bubenheim & ElyasDie führende Schar aus dem Volk Fir'auns sagte: "Willst du zulassen, daß Musa und sein Volk auf der Erde Unheil stiften und daß er dich und deine Götter verläßt?" Er sagte: "Wir werden ihre Söhne allesamt töten und (nur) ihre Frauen am Leben lassen. Wir sind ja Bezwinger über sie."
