Surah 7 Al-A'raaf, ayah 31 (7:31)

Ayah 7:31

يَٰبَنِىٓ ءَادَمَ خُذُوا۟ زِينَتَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَكُلُوا۟ وَٱشْرَبُوا۟ وَلَا تُسْرِفُوٓا۟ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ۝٣١

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilYa banee adama khuthoo zeenatakum AAinda kulli masjidin wakuloo waishraboo wala tusrifoo innahu la yuhibbu almusrifeena

English · Saheeh InternationalO children of Adam, take your adornment at every masjid, and eat and drink, but be not excessive. Indeed, He likes not those who commit excess.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasO Kinder Adams, legt euren Schmuck bei jeder Gebetsstätte an und eßt und trinkt, aber seid nicht maßlos! - Er (Allah) liebt nicht die Maßlosen.
