Surah 7 Al-A'raaf, ayah 5 (7:5)

Ayah 7:5

فَمَا كَانَ دَعْوَىٰهُمْ إِذْ جَآءَهُم بَأْسُنَآ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَٰلِمِينَ۝٥

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilFama kana daAAwahum ith jaahum basuna illa an qaloo inna kunna thalimeena

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd their declaration when Our punishment came to them was only that they said, "Indeed, we were wrongdoers!"

German · Bubenheim & ElyasSo war ihr Ausruf, als Unsere Gewalt über sie kam, nur, daß sie sagten: "Wir haben gewiß Unrecht getan."
