Surah 8 Al-Anfaal, ayah 41 (8:41)

Ayah 8:41

وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَىْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُۥ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِى ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ وَٱلْيَتَٰمَىٰ وَٱلْمَسَٰكِينِ وَٱبْنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ ءَامَنتُم بِٱللَّهِ وَمَآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ ٱلْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ ٱلْتَقَى ٱلْجَمْعَانِ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ۝٤١

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWaiAAlamoo annama ghanimtum min shayin faanna lillahi khumusahu walilrrasooli walithee alqurba waalyatama waalmasakeeni waibni alssabeeli in kuntum amantum biAllahi wama anzalna AAala AAabdina yawma alfurqani yawma iltaqa aljamAAani waAllahu AAala kulli shayin qadeerun

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd know that anything you obtain of war booty - then indeed, for Allah is one fifth of it and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and the orphans, the needy, and the [stranded] traveler, if you have believed in Allah and in that which We sent down to Our Servant on the day of criterion - the day when the two armies met. And Allah, over all things, is competent.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasUnd wisset: Was immer ihr erbeutet, so gehört Allah ein Fünftel davon und dem Gesandten, und den Verwandten, den Waisen, den Armen und dem Sohn des Weges, wenn ihr an Allah glaubt und an das, was Wir auf Unseren Diener am Tag der Unterscheidung (als Offenbarung) hinabgesandt haben, an dem Tag, da die beiden Heere aufeinandertrafen. Und Allah hat zu allem die Macht.
