Surah 9 At-Tawba, ayah 117 (9:117)

Ayah 9:117

لَّقَد تَّابَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ وَٱلْمُهَٰجِرِينَ وَٱلْأَنصَارِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ فِى سَاعَةِ ٱلْعُسْرَةِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا كَادَ يَزِيغُ قُلُوبُ فَرِيقٍ مِّنْهُمْ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّهُۥ بِهِمْ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ۝١١٧

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilLaqad taba Allahu AAala alnnabiyyi waalmuhajireena waalansari allatheena ittabaAAoohu fee saAAati alAAusrati min baAAdi ma kada yazeeghu quloobu fareeqin minhum thumma taba AAalayhim innahu bihim raoofun raheemun

English · Saheeh InternationalAllah has already forgiven the Prophet and the Muhajireen and the Ansar who followed him in the hour of difficulty after the hearts of a party of them had almost inclined [to doubt], and then He forgave them. Indeed, He was to them Kind and Merciful.

German · Bubenheim & ElyasAllah hat die Reue des Propheten, der Auswanderer und der Helfer angenommen, die ihm in der Stunde der Bedrängnis folgten, nachdem die Herzen einer Gruppe von ihnen beinahe abgeschweift wären. Hierauf hat Er ihre Reue angenommen gewiß, Er ist zu ihnen Gnädig und Barmherzig -,
