Surah 9 At-Tawba, ayah 75 (9:75)

Ayah 9:75

وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ عَٰهَدَ ٱللَّهَ لَئِنْ ءَاتَىٰنَا مِن فَضْلِهِۦ لَنَصَّدَّقَنَّ وَلَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ۝٧٥

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWaminhum man AAahada Allaha lain atana min fadlihi lanassaddaqanna walanakoonanna mina alssaliheena

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd among them are those who made a covenant with Allah, [saying], "If He should give us from His bounty, we will surely spend in charity, and we will surely be among the righteous."

German · Bubenheim & ElyasUnter ihnen gibt es manche, die gegenüber Allah eine Verpflichtung eingegangen sind: Wenn Er uns etwas von Seiner Huld gewährt, werden wir ganz gewiß Almosen geben und ganz gewiß zu den Rechtschaffenen gehören.
