Surah 12 Yusuf, ayah 67 (12:67)

Ayah 12:67

وَقَالَ يَٰبَنِىَّ لَا تَدْخُلُوا۟ مِنۢ بَابٍ وَٰحِدٍ وَٱدْخُلُوا۟ مِنْ أَبْوَٰبٍ مُّتَفَرِّقَةٍ وَمَآ أُغْنِى عَنكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مِن شَىْءٍ إِنِ ٱلْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَعَلَيْهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُتَوَكِّلُونَ۝٦٧

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWaqala ya baniyya la tadkhuloo min babin wahidin waodkhuloo min abwabin mutafarriqatin wama oghnee AAankum mina Allahi min shayin ini alhukmu illa lillahi AAalayhi tawakkaltu waAAalayhi falyatawakkali almutawakkiloona

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd he said, "O my sons, do not enter from one gate but enter from different gates; and I cannot avail you against [the decree of] Allah at all. The decision is only for Allah; upon Him I have relied, and upon Him let those who would rely [indeed] rely."

German · Bubenheim & ElyasUnd er sagte: "O meine Kinder, geht nicht (alle) durch ein einziges Tor hinein, sondern geht durch verschiedene Tore hinein. Ich kann euch gegen Allah nichts nützen. Das Urteil ist allein Allahs. Auf Ihn verlasse ich mich; und auf Ihn sollen sich diejenigen verlassen, die sich (überhaupt auf jemanden) verlassen (wollen)."
