Surah 2 Al-Baqara, ayah 33 (2:33)

Ayah 2:33

قَالَ يَٰٓـَٔادَمُ أَنۢبِئْهُم بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ فَلَمَّآ أَنۢبَأَهُم بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ إِنِّىٓ أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ۝٣٣

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilQala ya adamu anbihum biasmaihim falamma anbaahum biasmaihim qala alam aqul lakum innee aAAlamu ghayba alssamawati waalardi waaAAlamu ma tubdoona wama kuntum taktumoona

English · Saheeh InternationalHe said, "O Adam, inform them of their names." And when he had informed them of their names, He said, "Did I not tell you that I know the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth? And I know what you reveal and what you have concealed."

German · Bubenheim & ElyasEr sagte: "O Adam, teile ihnen ihre Namen mit!" Als er ihnen ihre Namen mitgeteilt hatte, sagte Er: "Habe Ich euch nicht gesagt, Ich kenne das Verborgene der Himmel und der Erde, und Ich weiß auch, was ihr offenlegt und was ihr verborgen zu halten sucht?"
