Surah 3 Aal-i-Imraan, ayah 166 (3:166)

Ayah 3:166

وَمَآ أَصَٰبَكُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْتَقَى ٱلْجَمْعَانِ فَبِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ۝١٦٦

Arabic transliteration · Source: TanzilWama asabakum yawma iltaqa aljamAAani fabiithni Allahi waliyaAAlama almumineena

English · Saheeh InternationalAnd what struck you on the day the two armies met was by permission of Allah that He might make evident the [true] believers.
